The Slipper Bath Studio is located in Accommodation Ahi Kaa’s gracious character villa and features stunning natural timber finishes. Its elegant slipper bath is a lovely reminder of an era gone by, while the private balcony boasts views over the property.
Inside, the studio has been furnished with all the comforts of modern-day living, including a king or twin share bed, flat screen TV, and spacious ensuite with walk-in shower and luxurious Satinjet showerhead.

Matariki Specials for June
Matariki literally means the ‘eyes of god’ (mata ariki) or ‘little eyes’ (mata riki). According to myth, when Ranginui, the sky father, and Papatūānuku, the earth mother, were separated by their children, the god of the winds, Tāwhirimātea, became so angry that he tore out his eyes and threw them into the heavens.
We are celebrating Matariki by offering a delicious complimentary cooked breakfast. Grilled bacon and poached eggs served with toast and orange juice.
